Glenorchy City Council is asking interested parties to submit an expression of interest to licence car parking spaces (total of 19) within title Volume 113182 Folio 1, being 345 Main Road, Glenorchy, as shown below:
The relevant terms of the licence are:
- Term of 12 months
- Fee of $660.00 pa per space (including GST), with annual CPI increases
