The Term 4 Art Competition is open now!

This year for Children’s Week, Glenorchy City Council has launched the Term 4 Art Competition, open to children, young people and young adults who live, work or study in the City of Glenorchy.

Council is holding this competition to encourage participation in visual arts and also to source imagery to use in future documents or signage about children and young peoples’ safety.

Artwork can be physical or digital, with an A4 minimum size.  Entries due to Council by 5pm on Monday 25th November.

There are four age categories: 7 and under, 8-12, 13-18 and 19-25 years old.

Winners will receive a gift card ranging from $100-150 (depending on their age).

An exhibition of entries will be held at Council Chambers in January, 2025.
